Oh, hey Julie Tran!
Julie Tran is a rare Brooklyn native living in Brooklyn, NY. She is constantly performing and writing sketch comedy with the likes of College Radio, Bragging Rights, Backdoor BBQ, and HERLarious to name a few. She produces her own show But What’d You Say? to bring together the comedy community with sketch and stand up. Catch her at the Actors Temple in the off-Broadway play The Pitch until November 17!
Julie has played a variety of types and loves dressing up. Dressing up to her means wearing the most ridiculous costume you can find with latex masks and very tall hair - whatever will make you laugh. She also hosts Tran Trivia, where every game is curated to whatever she wants because she has all the answers.
She got into learning theater at the City College of New York. Caught the acting bug and it’s been diagnosed as chronic.
Oh, and she makes one heck of a cheese plate.
